People of Seemandhra are already going through lot of pain after the AP bifurcation. Congress has bifurcated the state without due consideration in lot of matters. Education, Employment, Water are few of the areas which went missing in the AP reorganisation bills. The 69 page bill does not have any thing in concentrate and just hollow promises which need to be worked out. With a arch rivals Chandrababu Naidu and KCR at opposite ends of discussions things might be difficult to move.
Naidu has won with good majority in Seemandhra, he should make sure that he is CM of entire Seemandhra rather than only the North coastal belt. Most of the newspaper reports are pointing towards a IT hub for Vizag. Vizag has all the infrastructure required for being an IT hub an international airport, descent IT setups already in the area and housing are some of them which makes a good starting point for IT hub.
As state capital he is talking about the Vijawada and Eluru area, which makes the ralyseema as neglected area. Although he is talking about manufacturing and mining as few sectors for ralyseema area.
The state capital should be in the area between Guntur and Ongle rather than between Vijawada and Eluru as this would be in Centre of the state and accessible from all corners of Seemandhra and make sure that everybody is participating in growth rather than any single part of which seems to have happened in case when Andhrapradesh was a combined state which concentrated only one Hyderabad.
Nadiu prides himself that he has build Hyderabad and he can only build the new capital of Seemandhra. If he takes pride in the above statement then he should also admit that because if his policies and decision it is today the state has been divided because the development was concentrated in only Hyderabad and he should not be repeating the same mistake in Seemandhra again.
Naidu is talking about mining and manufacturing in Ralyseema. It is a well know fact that mining is one of the most corrupt sectors in india, although it is a money spinner but it is not a employment generation machine.
Rayalseema is one of the most backward regions of Seemandhra, and manufacturing jobs which are more labour and low skilled jobs will put the region in path of development.
Rather than talking about manufacturing hubs in two regions that is north costal and Rayalseema, it should be concentrated only in Ralayseema.
The above makes the state evenly build out with IT towards Vizag and surrounding, Rajumundry to Vijawada Agri based industry, Guntur and Ongole as state capital machinery and rest of Seemandhra which is Raylseema as manufacturing and mining. Nellore and Ongole can also host Agri based industry and manufacturing in Rayalseema.
In the end Nadiu has to be CM of a state rather than an region.
